Dear Mr. McNerney:
Re: AIRLINE 911 calls Equitas, GECAS and Fred
Hawks CAFE believes that it has traced the weapons, opportunities and motives in the catastrophe ('cat') bond frauds executed on airlines during the "Global Guardian" war games of 9/11, to private equity groups sponsoring the Council on Foreign Relations member, Fred Thompson, as a prospective candidate for the 2008 presidential election.
In the referenced lawsuit "Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardians", Plaintiffs will claim that the Defendants used illegally-modified Boeing aircraft, leased from companies such as GECAS, in a murder-for-hire network to extort airlines and their passengers and thereby secure monopoly control over lucrative trades in carbon credit under the Kyoto Protocol.
We note that Mr. Thompson is (?) a lobbyist for private equity groups, including Jean-Bertrand Aristide, a radical exponent of liberation theology and the former President of the Francophonie government of Haiti; the trustees of the Teamsters Central States union pension funds; Lloyd's names dealing with asbestosis claims through the 1996 Equitas re-insurance syndicate and various 'off-book' instutional investors in the GECAS aircraft leasing company.http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/172
We have named Fred Thompson as one of the defendant "Global Guardians" in the lawsuit; we propose to ask courts with jurisdiction to impress maritime liens on all and any QRS11 gyroscopes that were illegally-installed by Boeing on its aircraft and for which Boeing paid a fine to get the US Department of Justice to drop its investigation.http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/174
Hawks CAFE considers the modified Boeing planes to represent a clear and present danger, not only to the pilots, crews and passengers but also their targets on the ground.
For the purposes of the proposed lien against members of the Global Guardian private equity group, allegedly including Fred Thompson and investors with Equitas and GECAS, please provide us with a list of all Boeing aircraft and flight boxes carrying the QRS11 gyroscopes together with the beneficial owner or custodian at the time of writing.
Yours sincerely,
Field McConnell,
28 year airline and 22 year military pilot,

"[Jean-Bertrand Aristide] .. was appointed curate of a small parish in Port-au-Prince and then a larger one in the La Saline slums, gaining the affectionate Kréyòlnickname "Titide" or "Titid" (tiny Aristide) for being exceptionally short. An exponent of liberation theology, he became a leading figure in the more radical wing of the Catholic faith in Haiti (the ti legliz — from the Kréyòl for "little church"), and broadcast his sermons on the national Catholic radio station. In a January 1988interview with National Catholic Reporter, Aristide said, "American Imperialism has supported the Haitian government. Elections aren't the answer, elections are a way for those in power to control people. The solution is revolution, first in the spirit of the Gospel; Jesus could not accept people going hungry. It is a conflict between classes, rich and poor. My role is to preach and organize...." Father Aristide was expelled from his Salesian order in 1988. At the time, the Salesians said the priest's political activities were an "incitement to hatred and violence" and out of line with his role as a clergyman. In 1995 Aristide left the priesthood. It enabled him the following year to marry Mildred Trouillot, a US citizen, with whom he now has two daughters."

"Law clients run gamut [Fred] Thompson came to Washington as a protégé of Tennessee's Sen. Howard Baker, after helping run Baker's successful re-election campaign in 1972. He was appointed by Baker, the ranking Republican on the Watergate committee, as its chief minority counsel. After the Watergate hearings, Thompson went back into private legal practice, established a Washington office and began lobbying. He also took several temporary appointments to government jobs, including special counsel to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee from 1980 to 1981 and special counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee in 1982 .. Lobbying records show his clients spanned the political spectrum. One was Westinghouse Electric Corp., for which he lobbied in favor of nuclear power. Another was the Teamsters union's Central States Pension Funds. Thompson also lobbied on behalf of an eclectic group of foreign clients, including Toyota Motor Corp.; The Perrier Group; and Jean-Bertrand Aristide, then president of Haiti .. That was the day that Thompson, as chairman of the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee, convened hearings into allegations of illegal campaign fundraising by Clinton's re-election campaign. In a dramatic opening statement, Thompson talked of a "plan hatched during the last election cycle by the Chinese government and designed to pour illegal money into American political campaigns. The plan had a goal: to buy access and influence and furtherance of Chinese government interests." .. When Thompson called an end to the hearings four months later, many considered them a failed fishing expedition .. He was a key player in passage of the McCain-Feingold legislation in 2001 — one of seven Republicans who voted for it. That vote remains the one black mark on his record among some conservatives, who saw the law as limiting free speech .. He resumed his lobbying career, taking in $500,000 from 2004 to 2006 representing Equitas Ltd., according to lobbying records. The British firm handles claims from people made ill by asbestos exposure."http://www.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070507/NEWS0206/705070376
"Critics point out that Thompson's aw-shucks, shit-kicker populism is more than a little bit phony. That he spent eighteen years as a registered Washington lobbyist, doing the bidding of such high-powered clients as General Electric and Westinghouse, pushing for the passage of the deregulatory legislation that led to the savings-and-loan crisis of the eighties." http://www.workingassetsblog.com/2007/05/he_took_on_some_lobbying_clien.html
