Dear Mr. McConnell and Ms. Marcy
Re: Arkancide - Killing Vets with Tainted Blood?
Hawks CAFE believes U.S. Vice-President Al Gore began to equip an "Interagency Working Group on Environmental Justice" in 1993 with secure virtual private networks in support of a murder-for-hire service by racketeering-influenced and corrupt organizations ('RICO') 'tunneled' into various UN agencies and the Clinton White House.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/143
The bios of its executive consultants below, suggest McConnell International has recruited insiders of public agencies, including Veteran Affairs, to partner private equity groups in a series of life insurance frauds that date back to the '70s when murder-for-hire victims of 'Arkancide' were first infected with tainted blood mined in the Arkansas prison system.
In 1978, Hillary Clinton became a partner of Little Rock's Rose Law Firm; made a quick killing in cattle futures contracts and, with her new husband Bill Clinton the just-elected Arkansas governor, set up a prison blood program as a public-private partnership or P3.
Our research suggests that insiders of mobbed-up Laborers' ('LIUNA') union locals 572, 1029 and 1322, were given access by Veteran Affairs to tainted blood through the Rose Law partners, including Hillary Clinton, Vincent Foster, Webster Hubbell and Joe Giroir.
Back in 1973-1976, the father-and-son team of Arthur Coias, LIUNA's current and future general presidents, began working life insurance scams where they "did knowingly receive .. kickback .. from .. Farmer's National Life Insurance Company .. with intent to be influenced with respect to .. Massachusetts Laborers' Health and Welfare Fund, that is purchase of group life insurance .. under a reinsurance agreement .. share the things of value received with co-conspirator Raymond Patriarca [boss of La Cosa Nostra Boston crime family] in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1954 and 2."
http://www.ipsn.org/court_cases/hearings_crime_sub-committee.htm

Back in the '70s, the Rose Law partners, LIUNA militants and mobsters and McConnell International's future executive consultants would have had opportunities and anti-war or financial motives to infect the Vietnam vets with tainted blood and collect on bogus life-insurance or reinsurance policies by extorting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
VA departments include, "Veterans Benefits; Healthcare Services; Cemeteries .. provide pension, compensation for service connected injuries, loans, health care, death benefits information concerning veteran and family. VA [LIUNA] employees including all health care professions (doctors, therapists, nurses, technicians, laboratory workers, etc), computer technicians, claims examiners, counselors, social workers, etc .. LIUNA Local 572 ORLANDO BONILLA, Deputy Trusteeobonilla@... Local 1029 SHEILA LITTLETON, Business Manager liuna1029@... Local 1322 VA Medical Center ARTHUR JORDAN, Business Manager Work: (401) 751-6565"http://www.liuna.org/about/departments/publicemp/federalsectorsubs/veteran.htm
We believe deaths by 'Arkancide' are now driven by a global 'murder-for-hire' network with killers paid from the proceeds of life insurance frauds by the French companies Axa or Axa Re on the Vietnam vets who became victims of an Arkansas tainted-blood racket.
N.B. Axa's history includes the admission of responsibility for 'converting' the proceeds of life insurance policies sold to the victims of the Armenian massacre under the Ottoman Turks and Jews massacred in the Holocaust under the Third Reich.
Axa's history also includes money-laundering through 'Arkancide' insurance policies with pay offs to murder-for-hire and clean up crews, apparently recruited by the Patriaca crime family in Boston or the Bonnano-Rizutto crime families of New York and Montreal.
We note that Chinese PLA agent, Joe Giroir, and LIUNA general secretary, Arthur Coia, bribed Clinton Democrats to buy influence in the 1994/5 election cycle, while McConnell consultants developed over 50 public-private partnerships equipped with virtual private networks to give Arkancidal killers an online capability to reinsure, track and kill citizens.
Given its fiduciary (?) control of virtual private networks, 'environmental justice', mobbed-up Laborers and bogus public-private partnerships, can McConnell International show cause why its consultants should not be added to the list of prospective defendants to be named in the lawsuit "Arkancide and Kyoto 9/11" outlined at the draft preamble below?
Yours sincerely,

"In 1979, Clinton's trades in cattle futures contracts criticism regarding conflict of interest and allegations of disguised bribery. Her initial $1,000 investment generated $100,000 when she stopped trading ten months later .. Clinton made money by betting "on the short side at a time when cattle prices doubled." .. Chicago Mercantile Exchange records indicated $40,000 of her profits came from larger trades initiated by Clinton's lawyer and friend, James Blair, an experienced futures trader and outside counsel to Tyson Foods, Arkansas' largest employer .. allowed Clinton to maintain her positions even though she did not have enough money in her account to cover her activity. For example, she was allowed to order 10 cattle futures contracts, normally a $12,000 investment, in her first commodity trade in 1978 although she had only $1,000 in her account at the time. Refco was fined for violating Chicago Mercantile Exchange rules governing margin trading."http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hillary_Rodham_Clinton_controversies#Cattle_futures
"Our [Hawks CAFE] research suggests Rose Law firm clients, including Axa insurance group began developing IKDs [Improvised Killing Devices] in 1978 starting with tainted blood and `Unabombs' and later combining nanoalumium powder-boosted incendiary cluster bombs guided with GyroChip QRS11 gyroscopes to conceal murder, arson and securities and insurance frauds on 9/11. Wittingly or unwittingly, former Rose Law partners, Joe Giroir, Webster Hubbell, the late Vincent Foster and Hillary Rodham Clinton, appear to have brokered IKD developments which helped organized crime, labor and terrorist groups launder money through Groupe Axa's so-called `dead-peasant' life insurance contracts."
