Dear Representatives Paul, Hunter and Peterson:
Re: "Bush correct! Iraq WMD in Fresh Kills landfill"
Hawks CAFE forensic economists have released a Power Point presentation, "Iraq WMD followed & found" to show that evidence of Iraq's program of weapons of mass destruction is buried in the Fresh Kills Landfill on Staten Island.http://www.captainsherlock.com/911PowerPoint.ppt
We have deduced that U.S. President George Bush and his advisors were correct in their belief that Iraq was importing dual-use precursor materials and developing weapons of mass destruction prior to the invasion of Iraq by the 'Coalition of the Willing' in 2003.
We have also deduced that the Iraq Survey Group failed - wittingly or unwittingly - to recognize Saddam's scientists had processed at least 66 tons of nano-aluminum powder, imported from France in 1999, into dual-use explosive/incendiary weapons used on 9/11.
We believe imported atomized aluminum powder and booster chemicals (below) were processed illegally in Iraq, moved into America over a covert Francophonie cluster-bomb trafficking pipeline (Iraqgate?), detonated or ignited in 'hijacked' Boeing aircraft or the World Trade Center during the bogus "Global Guardian 9/11" war game and, the evidence of mass murder removed, 'spoliated' and buried at the Fresh Kills Landfill.
Please contact us if you would like a formal presentation of our request to the US Congress to issue 'Letters of Marque and Reprisal' and thereby give American citizens the authority to seize and confiscate the assets of individual and private-equity affiliates of La Francophonie and the self-styled Global Guardians as outlined in the referenced lawsuit.

Evidence of spoliation of evidence of Iraq's WMD, "Field Operations' winning proposal, lifescape, envisioned Fresh Kills Park as a new form of public ecological landscape; a new paradigm of creativity and adaptive reuse.  lifescape was to be informed by the voice of an engaged public and shaped by time and process. The Field Operations team imagined an ecologically robust landscape, not as a pastoral refuge from the city, but as an active agent within it. Fresh Kills would provide richly diverse settings for wildlife, birds and plants, and serve as a vibrant locus for social life - for all kinds of active recreation, for physical and cultural experience. Because the site is vast and complex, the idea of a landscape developed in stages, unfolding over time - as all life does - was central to the competition proposal and remains at the core of the Draft Master Plan." http://www.nyc.gov/html/dcp/html/fkl/fkl2.shtml
