Can Shiites extradite or firefighters export Hillary to Baghdad?

Synopsis:  Barzan al-Tikriti and Hillary Clinton appear to have run an Iraqgate cluster bomb network which killed thousands of Shiites. Has Iraq established an extradition treaty with America?

Dear Field:

Re: Can Shiites extradite or firefighters export Hillary to Baghdad?

Could you ask your sister Kristine Marcy, being a former Deputy Associate Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice, if the sovereign government of Iraq has established an extradition treaty with America in respect of crimes against humanity?

Barzan al-Tikriti, half-brother to Saddam Hussein and former head of Iraq's intelligence services (Mukhabarat) was recently convicted of such a charge in a Baghdad court and hanged (actually he was decapitated because the rope was too long).

Research linking Hillary Clinton to the mobbed-up Laborers ('LIUNA') union and the public sector unions, representing fire fighters, police officers and other public employees, suggests that she and they are heavily invested (see below) in companies selling arms to terrorist-sponsoring states, including the 'Iraqgate' cluster bombs apparently used by Barzan's Sunnis to kill Shiites.

Hawks CAFE's virtual grand juries must investigate the role of Senator Clinton in the shipments of improvized killing devices ('IKDs') apparently used by Barzan al-Tirkriti and his Sunni-dominated Ba'athists to kill hundreds of thousands of Shiite Muslims during the Iran-Iraq war and thousands of Americans in the false-flag al-Qaeda attack through 9/11 to the present carnage in Iraq.
Perhaps the Shiite-dominated government of Iraq may want to extradite the former First Lady to face the same kind of public trial as her alleged 'Iraqgate' colleague, Barzan al-Tikriti.
As an alternative to extradition by Shiites, the colleagues of police or fire fighters killed in the state-sponsored terrorist attacks of 9/11 may want to export Senator Clinton to Baghdad.
After all the senator's financial sponsors Groupe Axa and the CAI-Carlyle Canada private equity group, kicked back a share of a huge "dead-peasant" life insurance fraud on firefighter victims of 9/11 into the New York City Police Superior Officers' Variable Supplements Fund ('PSOVSF') and the New York City Firefighters' Variable Supplements Fund ('FFVSF').

Axa's alleged kickbacks of 9/11 'dead-peasant' money into union pension funds will presumably ensure Hillary Clinton receives an important number of votes for her 2008 presidential election campaign from the New York firefighters and police superior officers, albeit votes secured with 'blood-and-hush' money derived from the wrongful death of the City's peasants!
Paradoxically, Senator Hillary Clinton might be safer in Baghdad than she would be in New York if ever the police or firefighters wake up.
Regards,
David
