Dear Prime Minister Harper and Vice-President Cheney:
Re: Carlyle's nukes ready to glow?
Hawks CAFE believes that expert saboteurs hired by AMEC*, a shell company in the CAI-Carlyle Canada private equity group, have rigged a number of US commercial nuclear power plants with dirty bombs procured from North Korea through the UN Oil-for-Food bribees, Maurice Strong and Tongsun Park.
AMEC* An initialism we allege stands for the Anglo Montreal Engineeering Company
"North Korea gets 'money and respect'  ... February 14, 2007  BEIJING, China (CNN) .. Few people believe North Korea will fulfill all of its promises .. But this week's deal, said Maurice Strong, a retired [fired] United Nations envoy, allows all parties to bide some time. For now, the chances that the United States and North Korea will be locked in a potential war seems unlikely .. Under the agreement, negotiators struck a pact that could lead to Pyongyang giving up its nuclear program, assuming Bush and North Korean President Kim Jong Il stick to the sketchy one-page document .. brokered through .. China, South Korea, Japan, Russia, the United States and North Korea .. four months after North Korea shocked the world by conducting its first nuclear test. Under the deal, North Korea has agreed to shut down its main plutonium production facility and to allow international inspectors [IATA] in 60 days."http://edition.cnn.com/2007/WORLD/asiapcf/02/14/btsc.florcruz/index.html
We allege Carlyle insider Maurice Strong designed this "money-for-respect" deal to allow suitably bribed UN IATA inspectors into North Korea only after Kim Jong's nukes had been produced and shipped out to AMEC and FEMA saboteurs working with the FEMA Radiological Emergency Preparedness Branch in the U.S.
The nuke deal is similar to the UN Oil-for-Food deal, also arranged by Maurice Strong, where UNMOVIC inspectors entered Iraq after 300 tons of Saddam's rocket-fuel incendiary cluster bombs had been produced and shipped out to the AMEC and FEMA sabotage teams working in the World Trade Center and Pentagon Wedge 1 on 9/11.
Carlyle nukes are ready to glow but you don't know that because Maurice Strong, who dreams of destroying the rich industrialized countries of the Anglosphere, and his Carlyle crony investors also control the counter-terrorist networks of the U.S. Investigation Services, the U.K.'s Qinetiq and Canada's Security Intelligence Review Committee.
We hope it's not too late to take out Maurice Strong and the genocidal investors in Carlyle's WMDs, but at least we have tried as best we can to wake you up.http://www.hawkscafe.com/107.html

"Emergency Alert & Notification System Technical Evaluation and Guidance – USA AMEC has been assisting FEMA Radiological Emergency Preparedness Branch (REP) for 20 years. In this capacity, AMEC has performed an independent technical evaluation of every US commercial nuclear power plant alert and notification system (ANS). Activities include technical review of ANS design, maintenance, operation and [sabotage] testing versus FEMA regulations and guidance; observing and evaluating field testing of sirens; performing siren system computer modeling and serving as subject matter expert to REP and to FEMA regional personnel. AMEC also provided a similar technical review of Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP) ANS."http://www.amec.com/earthandenvironmental/2ndlevel.asp?pageid=1107
