The Québec New York 2001 event gave Landry's 'supranationalists' an opportunity to film attacks coordinated by IFATCA on the air and Montréal Brainware on the ground.

We allege that the Desmarais' used labor-union pension funds to share 9/11 'blood and hush' money with IFATCA directors and affiliates (see notes), including Dale Wright (FAA), Marc Baumgartner (Civil/Military Eurocontrol) and Doug Churchill (NavCan).

IFATCA Executive Vice-President Finance - Dale Wright
As the EVP Finance I am responsible for the finances of the Federation.  I manage the day-to-day finances and reimburse those who incur expenses while representing the Federation.  Each year with assistance from the Office Manager I prepare the "books" for an audit which is reported to the Directors at Conference. 
I began my career as an air traffic controller in 1975 when I enlisted in the United States Air Force.  In February of 1976 I was assigned to Berlin Centre, Berlin, Germany.  I left Berlin in February of 1978 to Alexandria, Louisiana, USA.  In May of 1983 I left the Air Force to join the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).  I have worked as a controller in the FAA at Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia, USA.  From March 2000 until August of 2005 I served as a liaison to the FAA in Washington, DC for the National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA) working on equipment development and deployment [QRS11 and explosives integration into bogus anti-hijacking maneuvers?]
Marc has been President of IFATCA since 2002, having previously served on the executive board as Executive Vice President Europe from 1998 to 2002. After initial training in business administration, Marc worked as an accounts clerk, before becoming an Air Traffic Controller with Skyguide. As Executive Vice-President Professional I am responsible for the supervision of work programmes of all professional committees of the Federation and for the coordination of the professional activities and representatives of the Federation.I also represent the Federation, or nominate a suitable alternative, in all contacts with the International Labour Office (ILO), the Professional and Legal Committees of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and other international organizations. I am responsible for the coordination of official correspondence from the Federation to governments, outside agencies and organizations. I have been a qualified tower air traffic controller since 1975 as well as a Unit Operations Specialist, On-the-job coach and ATS instructor. I have also served as a Tower representative for the NavCanada Air Traffic Advisory Group, Liaison Officer for the Canadian Air Traffic Controller's Association to IFATCA before being elected to Executive Vice- President Professional in the year 2000. I am presently employed as an Airport Operations Specialist for Atlantic regionNavCanada.Contact evpp@...
