Hawks CAFE believes that candidates in the U.S. 2008 presidential election and the next Canadian federal election should campaign on pulling their countries out of UNESCO because this Paris organization is fraudulently manipulating climate-change data in order to conceal racketeering and insider trading of carbon emissions under the Kyoto Protocol.
Voters must be reminded that the godfather of the Kyoto Accord, the Canadian high school drop out and depopulationist Maurice Strong, is a Stalinist, a Saddam bribee and the architect of a $100 billion UN Oil-for-Food fraud upon the sovereign nation of Iraq.
Maurice Strong is presently hiding out in China to avoid becoming a co-defendant in the Iraq Oil-for-Food bribery and influence-peddling case with UN bagman, Tongsun Park.
Strong's pseudo theory that man-made (anthropogenic) carbon dioxide is the cause of climate change and global warming, is invalidated by testing his argument backwards.
If Strong were correct, the earth would get cooler as we go back in time to the pre-industrial era.

Arguing backwards over the last 400,000 years, we find that the Strong's theory is invalidated because carbon dioxide turns out to be a lagging (800 years) indicator of global warming, i.e. CO2 variations result from global warming driven primarily by
a) variations in received intensity of electromagmetic radiation from the sun
b) variations in thermal flux from ocean currents
c) variations in relative humidity and cloud cover
d) variations in natural flux of carbon dioxide (man's contribution immeasurably small).

Private equity groups in racketeering confiscation of property, ".. 20 pieces of American property have been designated as "World Heritage Sites" and so identified with markers. These include Yellowstone and Yosemite national parks, the Grand Canyon, Thomas Jefferson's home Monticello, and, believe it or not, the Statue of Liberty. All of these markings took place without any publicity, without the American people knowing what was going on. The designation of these World Heritage Sites was authorized by the World Heritage Convention, a treaty signed by President Richard Nixon and ratified in 1973. The World Heritage Program is carried out by UNESCO, to which the United States doesn't even belong. President Ronald Reagan pulled us out of UNESCO because it was totally corrupt. The UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Program was created in 1970. The United States joined in 1974 when our State Department signed a memorandum of understanding (not a treaty) to put us in the Biosphere Program and pledge that the United States will adhere to the Biosphere conditions and limitations laid down by UNESCO. Paragraph 44 of the World Heritage Operational Guidelines states that "natural" Heritage Sites (as contrasted to "cultural") can be interchanged with "core reserves" of the UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Program. These core protected areas are planned to be surrounded by highly regulated buffer zones, all for the sake of "biodiversity."

President of Czech Republic recognizes that "Man-Made Global Warming" is a myth and questions Gore's sanity, "A: It's not my idea.
