Dear Mr. Tarpinian:
Re: Laborers' incendiary bomb for Al-and-Mo insurance fraud
Hawks CAFE believes Al Gore and Maurice Strong equipped Laborers' union locals with munitions networks and molten-metal incendiary bombs hot enough to conceal an 'Al-and-Mo' murder for hire and life-insurance fraud on 9/11. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/267
Our research suggests that by the mid '90s, Gore and Strong had built a political assassination network where money used to pay for contract 'hits' was laundered through labor-union private equity groups such as Laborers' and Teamsters' pension or insurance funds, to eliminate opponents of Al-and-Mo's Kyoto Accord.
We have evidence to suggest that Gore and Strong's private equity groups hired assassins to kill cult members of the Order of the Solar Temple in Quebec and the Branch Davidian sect in Waco, Texas, but risked exposure when incendiary bombs or flame throwers failed to destroy victims' bodies at the crime scenes.
The incomplete combustion of Waco and Solar Temple bodies, appears to have triggered the development of an Al-and-Mo Molten Metal incendiary bomb and required future assassins to prove they had totally disposed of 'human waste'.
We believe the assassins of 9/11 delivered photographic or video ('snuff film') evidence to Al and Mo's archivists and were paid only after the images proved targeted victims were dead, body parts were vaporized or buried in garbage hills on Staten Island - and any prospective witnesses were terrified into silence.
At its web site, LRA Consulting has published photographic essays on the events and the victims of 9/11 with images focused on Ground Zero workers associated with Laborers', Teamsters, Steelworkers and Longshoremen union locals; these images point to the use of ultra-high temperature incendiary bombs and the now-classic modus operandi of Al and Mo murder for hire and insurance frauds. http://www.lraphotography.com/essays/industrial/essay_indsty_liuna_108.php

LRA's essays suggest that its Laborers' clients hired and prepositioned photo-journalists to record
 terrified 9/11 survivors
leaving Ground Zero and prove that bodies of victims and the steel supports of the WTC towers must have been vaporized and that any remaining evidence of sabotage, arson, murder for hire and insurance fraud, was, or would be, removed from the crime scene.

"A lone fire fighter carries a hose out on to the ground zero pile that continued to burn for three months after [9/11] ..of 25 .. fire fighters on pile, surrounded by jagged metal girders that have been cut by iron workers [one shows angled demolition cut] of 25" ... "At 10:18am, the north tower breaks apart [bullshit, the tower is exploding] of 14"

We are incorporating a time-sequenced image analysis of the 'explosive' events of 9/11 into an explanatory DVD for release on October 15.
We expect that the DVD will help United States' attorneys to convert the lawsuit "Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardians" into a Qui tam action against named co-defendants, including Al Gore, Maurice Strong and Arthur Coia, the former general president of the Laborers International Union of North America.
http://www.hawkscafe.com/107.html
Our argument to convert to Qui tam is based on apparent violations of the U.S. False Claims Act by LIUNA, Al Gore, Maurice Strong and Boeing associates et al in their fraudulent procurement and deceptive use of virtual private munitions networks and incendiary
bombs during the 9/11 Global Guardian war games.

We invite LRA's principals to make their Ground Zero photographic and video archives available to the US Department of Justice and consider joining us in a Qui tam suit which may lead both to civil damages and to criminal indictments of defendants for apparent violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1958 (murder for hire).

"When AFL-CIO secretary-treasurer Richard Trumka and AFSCME president Gerald McEntee addressed this year's Democratic convention, journalists could only wonder at its meaning. Both union officials played major roles in the Teamsters embezzlement and money-laundering scandal that led to the conviction of seven persons and the removal of then-Teamsters president Ron Carey .. Newsweek reported a communications company called the Share Group, formerly headed by Michael Ansara, one of the small fry convicted in the Teamsters probe, had been paid $1 million for campaign work for Vice President Al Gore, the DNC, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee .. When Coia became president of LIUNA in February 1993, it was no secret that the Justice Department was investigating a RICO complaint against the union based on the PCOC findings .. the union's political action committee donated $1,415,867 to Democratic candidates and party committees in the 1993-94 election cycle ..  In February 1994, the Laborers invited Mrs. Clinton to address their convention in Miami. When Paul Coffey, head of the Organized Crime and Racketeering section of the Justice Department, was notified about the invitation, he wrote an internal Justice Department memo which stated that the White House should be aware that Justice was preparing a RICO suit against LIUNA and that it planned to portray Coia as a "mob puppet." .. After a routine FBI background check, the White House was informed that the Justice Department would deliver the RICO complaint against Coia and the union within a few weeks. [Late October] Coia received the proposed RICO charges at union headquarters. The Justice Department wanted Coia and several others removed and wide-ranging reform undertaken ..  In February 1995, only three months after sending LIUNA the RICO charges, the Justice Department backed down. After installing a federal monitor and forcing a union-wide election in the 1989 consent decree with the Teamsters, the Justice Department decided to let Coia remain president and instituted an internal LIUNA reform effort .. Coia again asked Mrs. Clinton to speak at the Laborers' convention. This time she accepted, addressing the convention on February 6, 1995 in Miami. On February 13, LIUNA and the Justice Department cut its deal. Coia would use the negotiated internal reforms to oust rivals like John Serpico .. Coia was the first major LIUNA official to escape conviction in their internal anti-corruption investigation ..  After Coia's departure, the Justice Department agreed to lift its threat of a government takeover of the union—a takeover like the one the Bush Administration forced on the Teamsters—if it continued internal reforms. And when Harold Ickes left the White House in 1996, he returned to his old law firm. It was still representing LIUNA."
