Dear Mr. McNerney:
Boeing paid a $615M fine to DOJ regarding illegal modifications to Boeing airliners.
Through 5+ years of research I have drawn the conclusion that even though Boeing alleges they have quit installing QRS11 GyroChips on Thales flight guidance hardware, nowhere can I find evidence that the 108+ illegally modified jets have been cleansed of the QRS11 (Raytheon/Rose Law) and another modification of a more sinister nature.
I was scheduled to upgrade to the B744-400 but until I receive a notarized letter from you personally identifying all airaft so modified, and claiming that 100% of the modified airlines have been cleansed of these two mods I cannot perform my duties as a B747-400 Captain. My obligations are enumerated on page 9.1.1 of my company FOM as well in as a feature story in the March issue of "Air Line Pilot" from which I quote "If a Captain's decision is challenged by his management, the FAA, or the courts, ALPA has always stood 100% behind the Captain. Captains can be assured that ALPA will use all of it's resources to defend and preserve their authority because that is the keystone to a safe and secure flight." UA93 was destroyed in the Keystone state. KI574 was destroyed in the seas of Indonesia. If I determine that another Boeing is downed in this manner I will retire early and work as an expert witness, full time. If numerous Boeings are down, ala 9-11, we at least no know many of the perpetrators in advance.
I told ALPA, an airline company, Northern Command and one additional Flag Rank Naval Officer of these modifications and how they are related to the events of 9-11. That message was sent, and acknowledged on or about 12-11-06. Hearing nothing of consequence other than ALPA's suggestion to contact the FBI, I was shocked on 1-1-07 when Adam Air 574 was vaporized in the method that I had warned the four informed offices of on 12-11-06.
In the event of a single vaporizing Boeing in the time between when I send this to you, 1130 2-23-07, and the receipt of your assurance that it is now safe for me to fly or ride in all Boeing aircraft I will consider that an act of war with the parties named below as the suspects.

The 9/11 Commissioners said that we ('The People?') had a collective 'failure of the imagination' on 9/11 to conduct red-team analysis and collect telltale indicators of what was needed to convert a large passenger jet into a fuel or explosives-laden weapon.
As a full member of the Scholars for 9/11 Truth and the co-host of the Black Hawk In. (Investigations) Show, I want to make sure that we do not make that same mistake twice.

The 9/11 Commissioners said that we ('The People?') had a collective 'failure of the imagination' on 9/11 to conduct red-team analysis and collect telltale indicators of what was needed to convert a large passenger jet into a fuel or explosives-laden weapon.
