Dear Under-Secretary Cohen:
Re: Naval snuff film for Clinton coup d'état
Hawks CAFE believes that Dr. Thomas Barnett's description of 9/11 as the "first live-broadcast mass snuff film in history" points to a  contrived 'shock and awe' event staged to conceal an attemted coup d'état by sexually-entrapped or extorted insiders of the US Naval War College in Rhode Island and the Clinton-Gore White House (1993-2001).
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/194
We believe the Office of Naval Intelligence at the Naval War College used at least three virtual private networks to provide the secure real-time redundant signal paths needed by Barnett's co-conspirators to coordinate wide-area ambushes, ignite binary cluster bombs and remove evidence of murder to smelters in China or garbage hills on Staten Island.
The virtual private networks used to trigger bombs and launch the live-broadcast snuff films of 9/11, appear to have included AT&T secure telephony, Nortel VoIP and Boeing Iridium and Thuraya satellite communications systems.

"[A former AT&T vice chairman] Randall Tobias said he contacted the [Palfrey] escort service "to have gals come over to the condo to give me a massage" .. "no sex" involved .. acting deputy USAID administrator, called the resignation "shocking news" and urged workers not to be "distracted from our developmental and emergency work." Within minutes of McCormack's announcement, Tobias's biography was removed from the USAID Web site .. Deborah Jeane Palfrey, who operated the escort service, was indicted on federal racketeering charges .. threatened to expose her high-profile client list .. contended that her escort service provided clients with college-educated women who engaged in legal, sexual game-playing for $275 per 90-minute session .. After .. stints not only at Eli Lilly but also as AT&T vice chairman, Tobias joined the administration in 2003 to be the first global AIDS coordinator, with the rank of ambassador. He was responsible for a start-up program designed to spend $15 billion over five years, with the largest share going to 12 African and two Caribbean countries that account for roughly half the world population with HIV/AIDS [some of the victims probably being infected with tainted blood sold through Hillary Clinton's former partners at the Rose Law firm with kickbacks to corrupt insiders of the Arkansas prison system]." http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/04/27/AR2007042702497_pf.html
"Palfrey revealed the name of another purported client .. Harlan K. Ullman as "one of the regular customers" of her business .. Ullman is one of the leading theorists behind the "shock and awe" military strategy that was associated with the 2003 invasion of Iraq"http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/04/27/dc.madam/index.html ".. He is a senior adviser at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the Atlantic Council. One of his books .. promotes the doctrine of shock and awe .. "rapid dominance" is a military doctrine based on the use of "overwhelming decisive force", "dominant battlefield awareness", "dominant maneuvers", and "spectacular displays of power" to "paralyze an adversary's [American public on 9/11?] perception of the battlefield and destroy its will to fight" .. elected to the board of the Wall Street Fund .. currently chairman of advisory board of two companies engaged in Smart Zone Management and homeland security; chairs Senior Seminar at the Center for Naval Analyses; serves at National Defense University and is on the Senior Advisory Board of the U.S. European Command and the NATO Defence College [through 9/11?]." http://www.axisoflogic.com/artman/publish/article_24476.shtml
Our lawsuit "Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardians" http://www.hawkscafe.com/107.html
seeks to prove that Naval Intelligence and Clinton insiders extorted custody of command and control networks to produce snuff films
using a combination of sexual entrapment and blackmail of victims and/or 'shock and awe' intimidation, including solicitation to murder during the bogus war games of 9/11.http://video.google.ca/videosearch?q=hawkscafe

Notes: "Naval snuff film for Clinton coup d'état"
"In 1993 Al Gore was charged by then President Bill Clinton to run the "Clipper" project. Clipper was a special chip designed by the National Security Agency (NSA) to be built into all phones, computers and fax machines. Not only would Clipper provide scrambled security, it also contained a special "exploitable feature" enabling the NSA to monitor all phone calls without a court order .. Vice President Al Gore chaired a meeting with Hillary Clinton crony Webster Hubbell, Janet Reno, Commerce Secretary Ron Brown and Leon Panetta in March 1993. The topic of the meeting .. AT&T had developed secure telephones the U.S. government could not tap. The Clinton-Gore administration secretly contracted with AT&T to keep the phones off the market [extorted Tobias through Palfrey's prostitution ring] . Colgate's memo noted that the administration was determined to prevent the American public from having private phone conversations ... In 1993, Benita A. Cooper, NASA Associate Administrator for Management Systems and Facilities, wrote: "There is no way to prevent the NSA from routinely monitoring all [Clipper] encrypted traffic. Moreover, compromise of the NSA keys, such as in the Walker case, could compromise the entire [Clipper] system." Ms. Cooper referred to Soviet spy John Walker, who is serving life in prison for disclosing U.S. Navy secret codes. In 1993 Ms. Cooper did not know of Clinton Chinagate scandals, the Lippo Group, John Huang or Webster Hubbell .. A 1996 secret memo on a secret meeting of CIA Directer John Deutch, FBI Director Louis Freeh and Attorney General Janet Reno .. proposed an all-out federal takeover of the computer security industry. The Justice Department proposed "legislation that would ... ban the import and domestic manufacture, sale or distribution of encryption that does not have key recovery. Janet Reno and Louis Freeh are deeply concerned about the spread of encryption. Pervasive use of encryption destroys the effectiveness of wiretapping, which supplies much of the evidence used by FBI and Justice. They support tight controls, for domestic use."Share With China, Syria and Pakistan Declassified documents from the CIA and the U.S. State Department also show that the Clinton-Gore administration considered sharing Clipper code "keys" with foreign powers including China, Syria and Pakistan. "Are Clipper devices likely to be permitted for importation and use in the host country?" asked a secret 1993 CIA cable addressed to the U.S. embassies in Beijing, Damascus and Islamabad ..  State Department refused to release 12 documents as classified "in the interest of national defense or foreign relations." .. Clinton-Gore administration considered sharing secret Clipper surveillance keys with China and other hostile powers in order to monitor worldwide communications for "law enforcement" purposes. Al Gore called the Bush anti-terrorism program "a threat to the very structure of our government." The former vice president's memory of his own threat to American privacy is flawed and filled with lies. I only hope that Gore elects to come clean with documented history. Until then he can fade into the oblivion of a lying, second-rate ex-presidential candidate."http://www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2006/1/17/141106.shtml
In 2007, calls from U.S. soldiers in Iraq can be monitored by Clinton insiders through virtual private networkshttp://blog.tomevslin.com/2006/03/how_do_soldiers.html and shared with America's enemies. "How DO Soldiers Really Call Home? According to a recent commenter on my post about AT&T ripping off American soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan by charging them $.21/minute to call home from AT&T payphones in PXes, many soldiers actually have several much less expensive options available to them for calling home.  Below is the comment in its entirety but with the caveat that I have not independently verified that the poster is a soldier in Iraq NOR the information he presents.  What he says sounds credible but I do not KNOW that its true. I welcome comments from others with direct experience either to support, refute, or supplement this. 'I am in Iraq. Right Now. My options to call home are: #1 - AT&T Phones: Sometimes laggy, sometimes poor connection, expensive. Also the phone trailer smells terrible inside. #2 – MWR [nb. Morale, Welfare, and Recreation] [Nortel] VOIP Phones (Available in most posts): $0.01/minute, small lag, connection quality is pretty darn good. #3 - Government DSN phones: $0.00/min, no lag, very good connection quality. Requires you to call a military operator nearby your intended phone number, and have them forward it, also requires that your DSN phone work to call out. You can also call 800#'s to use a regular phone card using non-surcharged "US->US" calling rates. #4 - Iraqi Cell Phones: Yes, they exist. I do not know the pricing for them, and coverage varies based on what towers the terrorists are destroying at the time, but pretty good coverage on-post. #5 - Webcams/Internet voice chat: $0.00 - Available at most MWRs on most posts. #6 - Thuraya (Satellite Phones): Very expensive, but coverage is everywhere.'
