Dear David Hawkins:

Re: Pro se wrongful death AA 77, TWA 800, Murrah (OKC)

I propose to launch a pro se civil suit on behalf of the victims' relatives, members of the Airline Pilots Association ('ALPA') and fighter pilots with the "Happy Hooligans" (ND ANG) and other plaintiffs who may have suffered emotional or financial damage from wrongful deaths in the alleged conspiracy to sabotage our public assets, including American Airlines Flight 77 on 9/11 and TWA's Flight 800 and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms office in the Murrah Building, Oklahoma City, in 1996.

A pro se suit is a limited remedy for the alleged wrongful deaths, given prospective defendants are using 'virtual' war rooms to 'spoliate' physical evidence which would otherwise support indictments for racketeering, extortion and solicitation to murder.

Evidence of a conspiracy to hire special weapons and tactics teams for acts of sabotage causing wrongful death, is published online by forensic economists at Hawks CAFE.

The evidence for a conspiracy points to a
racketeering-influenced and corrupt organization (RICO) led by Hillary Clinton which links a mobbed-up Laborers union (LIUNA) to the U.S. Department of Justice, FAA air traffic controllers in LIUNA Local 2097 and the BEAGLES - a militant lesbian & gay employee network with Boeing.

Please forward this e-mail to the Hawks CAFE yahoo group and invite members to join me in the suit if they can contribute knowledge or resources conducive to success.

Yours sincerely,

Field McConnell

Notes: "Pro se wrongful death AA 77, TWA 800, Murrah (OKC)"

"Wrongful death is a claim in common law jurisdictions against a person who can be held liable for a death. The claim is brought in a civil action, usually by close relatives, as enumerated by statute. Under common law, a dead person cannot bring a suit, and this created a legal hole in which activities that resulted in a person's injury would result in civil sanction but activities that resulted in a person's death would not. Unlike most criminal law cases, private parties bring the suit. In principle, the defendant can refuse to testify on the grounds of self-incrimination. The standard of proof in the United States is typically preponderance of the evidence as opposed to clear and convincing or beyond a reasonable doubt. In Australia and the United Kingdom, it is 'on the balance of probabilities'. For this reason, it is often easier for a family to seek retribution against someone who kills a family member through tort than a criminal prosecution. It should be noted, however, that the two actions are not mutually exclusive; a person may be prosecuted criminally for causing a person's death (whether in the form of murder, manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, or some other theory) and that person can also be sued civilly in a wrongful death action (as in the O.J. Simpson cases). In most, if not all common law jurisdictions, there was no common law right to recover civil damages for the wrongful death of a person. However, now the states have each enacted statutes to create a right to such recovery. The issue of liability will be determined by the tort law of a given state. See Lord Campbell's Act for the origin of wrongful death liability. The death must have been caused, in whole or in part, by the defendant's conduct, even though there was no direct intention to kill the victim. The defendant must have been deemed negligent or strictly liable for the victim's death. Also the deceased has dependent party such as family members who have suffered from emotional and monetary damages as a result of the death."
