Dear Representative Hunter and Mr. Peterson:

Re: Psycho Sarko's Nuclear Force de Frappe
Hawks CAFE belives Nicholas Sarkozy invested in "Dead-Tutsi" life insurance contracts with Paul Desmarais' AXA private equity groups and then used kickbacks from the 1994 Rwanda Genocide to finance a 2007 presidential election campaign which has now given a somewhat Napoleonic 'Psycho Sarko' the keys to France's nuclear "Force de Frappe".

"Mr. Nicholas Sarkozy, as Budget Minister (1992-95) .. "aware" of the Genocide financing scheme managed by President Mitterrand and a small clique of Military and political advisers. "Money from the budget was used to cover a hole in the state reinsurance company but the Minister (Sarkozy) kept quiet about these transactions"
.. Caisse Centrale de Réassurance (CCR) company announced a loss of 1 billion French Francs on August 29, 1994 .. disappeared between January and August 1994."

We note that Paul Desmarais is on the international advisory council of Groupe AXA, the world's largest life insurer, and that "Sarkozy declared to the Constitutional Council a net worth of €2 million, most of the assets being in the form of life insurance policies." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicolas_Sarkozy
We note that Desmarais' AXA handled NYC dead-firefighter insurance claims after 9/11.http://www.axa-financial.com/pressroom/2001/09172001_claims_announcement.html

We note Desmarais' AXA handled dead-cult member claims in the Order of the Solar Temple massacres (1994/5) in France, Switzerland and Quebec - see translation below. http://www.conspiration.ca/conspir/ots_blanchiement_AXA.html

We believe Paul Desmarais and his AXA colleagues extort industry, union and political leaders, such a Mr. Sarkozy, with bribes and threats, including the threat to trigger 'dead-peasant' life insurance contracts through terrorist murder-for-hire networks (al-Qaeda!).
At the end of the Desmarais-AXA financed election campaign, we see "France's new President Nicolas Sarkozy .. waving goodbye to President Jacques Chirac ... One of Mr Chirac's last tasks was to hand over the launch codes of France's nuclear arsenal." http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/6660277.stm
Your thoughts would be valued and actions appreciated but a solution to 'dead-peasant' extortion of candidates would help voters choose a U.S. president in 2008 capable of dealing with the Desmarais family's 'Psycho Sarko' and their nuclear 'Force de Frappe'.

Third safety copy of translation by Hawks' CAFE from …
June 2001: Claude Bébéar, Chairman of AXA Assurances, was questioned on major money laundering and tax fraud through the AXA subsidiaries, notably the Luxembourg-based PanEuroLife. Note that Bebear was also president of the French committee for the 2008 Olympic Games.
Bebear was questioned for another financial fraud together with some thirty people – many being AXA executives – either called as witnesses or questioned on [AXA's] use of life-insurance contracts to launder money.
Jo Di Mambro, the late director of the Order of the Temple of the Sun (OTS), died in Switzerland in October 1994 and with him several leaders of AMORC – the Ancient and Mystical Order of the Red Cross.
Life-insurance contracts generated by an agency of AXA in Luxembourg, could have served to launder the proceeds of trafficking in weapons-grade uranium handled by certain OTS leaders. The death of 74 OTS members allowed the recovery and concealment of some of these funds.
At the beginning of the `90s, AXA and its directors arranged for $100 millions in secret commissions to be paid to European political organizations for the award of contracts for the supply of enriched uranium destined for Iran although embargoed by the CIA. The story ended in 1994/5 when, with AXA's support for Jo Di Mambro, the OTS and certain Geneva-based middlemen, 74 people had died and $100 millions had been extorted by certain clandestine European political organizations from Iran and Saudi Arabia.
74 OTS disciples died so life-assurance money could be laundered through AXA, chaired by Claude Bébéar.
Not just a theory. Based on 30 volumes of evidence and 29 people implicated after several years of investigations by scared magistrates pleading for help in a massive case where Masonic networks mobilized to protect their criminal and financial accomplices. For the moment, formal proof is lacking that Monsieur Bébéar was aware his wonderful life-insurance contracts were fraudulently converted from their proper use.
As a result of its investigation into the OTS affair since '96, the court at Évry has produced about 30 volumes of evidence of financial theft, all brilliantly ignored by Judge Fontaine of Grenoble. The evidence was blocked by people implicated during 18 months of appeal but finally released this year (2003). To this day, the file waits for due process, that is to say, for presentation before a criminal court perhaps three years away – or never – according to the pressure being brought to bear, or three months away if the media and public opinion insist on the truth.
Perhaps [the truth can be obtained] even more quickly if someone could succeed in forcing the file into the consideration of the Grenoble court next September 22nd, the date of the appeal hearing of Michel Tabachnik, one of the former OTS directors.
[For some context, let's begin] in the early `90s: The Berlin wall is down, Russian generals need money, they have a stock of nuclear weapons and Iran needs enriched uranium for the nuclear reactors sold by France.
Geneva-based bankers and insiders of the
Elysee Palace or the salon of Marie Laforêt need business. Hydro-Québec knows how to enrich weapons grade uranium for use in nuclear power plants and many of its principals are members of the Order of the Temple of the Sun. (Some of the deaths would take place in Québec).
Jo Di Mambro, founder of the Order of the Red Cross, loyal friend of the Knights Templar and Masonic lodges and linked to the Italian P2, was a confidante of anti-communist business networks which had, in their time, backed the SAC of M. Pasqua [best man to Nicholas Sarkozy]and many, sordid Mafia operations. Di Mambro qualified as a middleman and a bagman – he wasn't scared of dirty money – his knowledge of the occult made him believe he had the power to transmute dirty into clean.
So a $billion tripartite contract was born between Iran, Russia and Hydro-Québec where Iran was to take delivery of products to run its nuclear reactors bought from France's atomic power industry and, we assume, where French and European politicians were to be rewarded as they were with Elf's African oil contracts.
Problem, one of the branches of the CIA has banned the nuclear trades.
But, we're flat out of luck, the usual commissions for these kinds of international contracts are said to have already been paid to political organizations in
Europe that signed off on the contract. There is no question about reimbursing what has already been spent by the players to play.
Easy: Innocent disciples of the Order of the Temple of the Sun will do the deal.
Let's arrange a series of pseudo-suicides – in reality we'll kill the OTS disciples and accuse Jo Di Mambro of stealing the money.
Iran, funded discreetly by Saudi Arabia, can say nothing. Sure they'd lose 100 millions of dollars, but we are Geneva businessmen (even though the wife of one of us died in the OTS massacre). We, we also, were fooled by Di Mambro! Complicated? Not really. We're in the world of high finance and international trade where governments "tax" transactions routinely and habitually with the help of companies such as AXA.
When we begin to play as arranged by our partners, there will be plenty of police, military and muscle or thugs in secret societies or Masonic lodges to handle the labour needed for the dirty work (74 dead in the massacres in Switzerland, Québec and Vercors, plus Princess Grace of Monaco and Madame Ghislaine Marchal – in the Omar Raddad affair – and that's without counting those we don't know about and whom an enquiry might identify).
The partners proceeded to lose certain papers that – by accident – were found and relayed to the authorities. Great spoof. Apologies to the dead.
[Their game was to exploit] investigations into AXA and its directors, including the millions of francs they evaded by selling milk outside the European Value Added Tax system. [Their plan was to have AXA-Luxembourg investigators] accidentally find evidence of "true-false" life insurance contracts taken out by Di Mambro.
But no director [of AXA] – flower of Liberal Franco-French Masonic Capitalism –  had any idea that its life-insurance contracts, legal in each country, were being converted from legitimate use to lubricate international fraud and criminal activity at the expense of citizens and [Euro-]democracy for the profit of some violent and paranoid predators!!!
So what is an international insurance company and the obscure local agent of such a little country - Luxembourg – doing in the OTS file?
Simple. Anybody – outside the reach of French law, heirs and territory – can take out a life-insurance contract on anybody, provided a piece of identity [SIN] is presented whether true or false. When the insured party dies, the insurer collects the money or has it collected by whomever they want  – a politician for example. Individuals named in such contracts, don't even know they have lent their names to a simple and effective method of laundering money.
It was easy for Jo Di Mambro, in particular, to have a number of identity cards for his OTS members and, by completing the [AXA] life-insurance contracts, sign their death warrants with a term of a few months or a few years.
A pity Judge Luc Fontaine of Grenoble didn't explore this but it must be said that to check out all the parties insured by AXA in Luxembourg would be hard work of which the financial experts in the black market were well aware. (The [AXA] contracts were loosely written, allowing the transfer of major sums so that when the insured party died there was no way to trace the money.)
No surprise then that with AXA, OTS and Di Mambro using the same banks [BNP Paribas?], Judge Fontaine chose to favour the unlikely theory of a cult suicide in a closed community. Poor guy, he was threatened. (We are not going to wait for some little judge in some obscure province to acquire the courage of an Éva Joly, that unlikely Norwegian, that foreigner inside the honourable Paris justice system, who dared to take on state-sponsored criminals and ask for the creation of a new indictable offence, that of "grande corruption ").
[No surprise that] to handle a case on "grande corruption", the files have to be kept together and not chopped into pieces "saucissonner" and shared between many judges who never meet.
[But] quite rightly, with the number of investigations into AXA and its Luxembourg agency on the one side and the OTS story on the other side, the magistrates are beginning to talk to each other and as they talk loudly and our listening systems are quite sophisticated, [we can start to] ……
I nearly forgot, 18 months ago, the security adviser to Claude Bébéar went on a mission to Luxembourg to negotiate what he was going to say about the strange affairs clouding the AXA horizon. This man, Charles de Mauduit, was the founder of a training school for security staff set up in the bowels of the Ecole Militaire (Bâtiment du Tailleur).
By accident, this author used to attend certain dinners with the good Charles who apparently would have communicated to Judge Luc Fontaine information on the OTS file marked "State Secrets – Defence Secrets" and other cryptic material designed to prevent exposure of the most extreme forms of criminal corruption.
The [dramatic] file on the OTS massacre and its links to arms trafficking and money laundering is not closed. It could be we are just hearing the prologue.http://www.conspiration.ca/conspir/ots_blanchiement_AXA.html
