Dear Vice-President Cheney and Prime Minister Harper
Re: Quebec spies gave UK Marines to Iran
We have warned you repeatedly that spies embedded with Quebec-based companies Tomoye, Martec and RADARSAT (subsidiary of Macdonald Dettwiler and Associates), are giving away the location, movements and tactics of Coalition Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan with intelligence which allows targeted kidnapping by mercenaries and the murder of American, Canadian and U.K. soldiers with improvised explosive devices.http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/77
You have done nothing.
We now believe that Quebec's spies gave away the location of UK Marines operating from the HMS Cornwall in the Northern Gulf and this same spy network tracked the USS Cole into Aden Harbour on October 12, 2000 and used a remotely piloted vehicle to stage the "al-Qaeda" suicide attack with an IED which nearly blew the Cole to bits.http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/6501555.stm
Draft 18 of our work-in-progress lawsuit "Arkancide and Kyoto 9/11" has the following entry which should tell your counter-intelligence services that a major attack has been a long time coming and it comes from the Ba'ath Party's 'al-Qaeda' base in Quebec.
"1995, IRAQI MILITARY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER (MRDC) began a program call Al Bay'ah to modify Czech L-29 trainer aircraft into an RPV. Approximately 28 flight tests were made between 1997 and 2001. In 2001, an unmanned flight resulted in a crash. Multiple sources described different roles, including acting as decoy for coalition aircraft, air defense target, reconnaissance, and potentially a CBW delivery platform to lure targets into ambush using SAMs ("SAMbush"). Ibn-Firnas also reported aircraft was to be used as target drones for Air Defense Forces, electronic warfare and a possible attack on a USaircraft carrier with chemical or biological weapons in the Persian Gulf. In mid-2001, TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER DEPARTMENT of the IIS procured between 10 and 20 gyros and accelerometers from China for the G&C system of the Al Samud missile. The gyros were of the resonant type with a drift rate of ½ degree per hour. Allegedly, a Palestinian businessman, successfully smuggled missile gyros into Iraq from Russia via Syria selling approximately 400 components containing gyroscopes and accelerometers in 2001 for delivery in 2002. From 1999 to April 2003, Iraq purchased raw materials for solid-propellant motors, including 356 tons of AP mostly from France; 126 tons of UNABOMB-style aluminum powder mostly from France and 104 tons of hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) a binder, mostly from an American company." https://www.cia.gov/cia/reports/iraq_wmd_2004/chap3.html
Keep doing what you are doing  - or not doing - and you are going to lose an aircraft carrier to Russian or Chinese missiles guided by an SAR/GTMI system operated for treasonous 'off-book' investors in the CAI-Carlyle Canada private equity group and the Boeing Company.

"GMTI and the "Holy Grail" A clue to RADARSAT's place in this configuration of U.S. military agencies concerned with space warfare and "missile defense" can also be found in DRDC's 1998/1999 annual report. It lists "Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI) Surveillance" as a "Technology Demonstration project" that "will modify the design of RADARSAT 2...to add an experimental GMTI mode and create the world's first space based radar with GMTI capabilities." 9 (Emphasis added.) GMTI is a revolutionary warfighting technology giving militaries the ability "to detect, locate and track moving vehicles."10 It is now used on specialised aircraft with Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) roles, including uninhabited drones and warplanes, like the E-3 (Airborne Warning and Control System) and the E-8C with JSTARS (Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System). These electronic-warfare aircraft use Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) microwavebeaming sensors with GMTI abilities."

"The BBC's Nick Robinson says the government is ready to switch from private to public diplomacy with Iran. Tony Blair has talked of a "different phase" of the dispute and hinted at a more aggressive diplomatic approach. The sailors and marines from HMS Cornwall were captured on Friday after searching a boat in the northern Gulf. The BBC's political editor Nick Robinson said preparations are in place for a news conference at the Ministry of Defence where photographs of the moments when the Britons were captured will be revealed. BBC diplomatic correspondent James Robbins said the UK could confront Iran directly with satellite pictures and other evidence to show the personnel had not strayed into Iranian territorial waters. He said hardliners around Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad believe the Britons may be ideal pawns, either for concessions over Iran's nuclear programme or to trade for five Iranians being held by the US in Iraq."
"We believe the people who put on police uniforms to kill US soldiers and local citizens in Iraq with 'Hillary fireworks' (improvized explosives devices or cluster bomb incendiaries boosted with aluminum nanopowder), are coordinated online through Gatineau, Quebec, by Tomoye, Martec and Radarsat, all three companies controlled by Macdonald Dettwiler and Associates for the CAI-Carlyle Canada private equity groups."http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/76
