Dear Representative Hunter:
Re: Ramzi's Alibi - Rudy's Asbestos
Our CS2I* team has discovered sabotage-testing contractor Amec gave Iraqi agent Ramzi Yousef an alibi for mass murder at Ground Zero by placing him in a Supermax jail cell beside Unabomber Ted Kaczynski while giving Rudy Giuliani the excuse of a cancer scare to spray WTC steel with Iraqi rocket fuel camouflaged by non-asbestos insulation.

We note that Amec conducted sabotage tests at Ground Zero before the 9/11 attack and won contracts from Mayor Giuliani and the CAI-Carlyle Canada private equity group to take away evidence of murder-for-hire, arson and asbestos-related life-insurance frauds.
"At the World Trade Center .. hours after the attacks .. AMEC mobilized 300 workers, 20 pieces of heavy equipment and a fleet of trucks .. at the Pentagon before, during and after attack .. just finished project .. steel reinforcing beams bolted together .. continuous unit, walls lined with strong fibrous material [aluminothermic rocket fuel incendiaries?].. AMEC responded within minutes by rescuing survivors .. emergency communications system established by AMEC .. indoor air quality assessments .. following collapse of World Trade Center towers .. quantified indoor airborne asbestos fibers, particulate (PM2.5, PM10 and ultra fines) .. negotiation with building owner and insurance carriers .. defining "contaminated," risk communication to employees .. management of criminal justice facilities .. high-rise inner city jails, Criminal Justice centers,  rural, campus-style institutions [Ramzi Yousef?].. AMEC sabotage analysis Bryan Mound SPR .. analyzed .. sabotage consequences potential saboteur types [Al-Qaeda?]"

Guided by alibis or perceived value of contingent pecuniary rewards implied or defined under US Code Title 18 (Racketeering Section 1958), we have named Ramzi Yousef, Rudy Giuliani and various private-equity users of
Amec's alleged global murder-for-hire networks, to appear as defendants or conspirators in the referenced lawsuit "Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardians". http://www.hawkscafe.com/107.html
Please contact us as below, if you would like more information on 'Ramzi's Alibi, Rudy's Asbestos' and alleged murder-for-hire networks of the self-styled 'Global Guardians'.
