Dear Mr. McConnell and Ms. Marcy:
McConnell and U.N. launder money through 8(a) death squads
Hawks CAFE believes that McConnell International and U.N. bankers are laundering money through 8(a) death squads, where the prospective assassins are recruited by private prison operators, hired as `disadvantaged' small-business owners with bogus SBA loans and rewarded later for contract `hits' by sharing in proceeds of their victim(s) life insurance.http://www.usdoj.gr/ch30a.html

"Private Prisons Firm Stirs Concerns by Caitlin Rother August 31, 1998 - San Diego Union Tribune - letters@... .. Corrections Corp. of America .. bidding to house prisoners at the now-vacant 900-bed county jail in downtown San DiegoThe 1,700-bed prison there has seen at least 13 stabbings, two homicides and the escape of six inmates -- five of them murderers -since it opened 14 months ago. That compares with 12 assaults and no homicides for Ohio's entire public prison system of 49,000 inmates in 1997. After the escapes, Ohio Gov. George Voinovich immediately wanted to close the prison. He backed off only after the state attorney general warned that would involve a long, hard and perhaps unsuccessful court battle ..  Opponents say private operators ..  do not have the ability to safely house dangerous felons .. The company also is building a 2,304-bed prison in California City in Kern County and plans to start building a 1,024-bed prison in Mendota outside Fresno by the end of the year, again with no contracts in hand. This is the typical mode of operation for CCA, whose executives often cite the motto 'Build it and they will come.' 'Clearly the need for INS and U.S.Marshals Service beds is pretty prevalent up and down the state,' said David Myers, president of CCA's West Coast operation. He said state prisons are reaching capacity as well. Kristine Marcy, a federal immigration official in Washington, D.C., agreed. 'I wouldn't worry about finding people to fill those beds, not at all,' she said. Marcy said there are 'loads and loads' of federal prisoners in lock-ups throughout the Western region, waiting for trials, sentences or deportation. Immigration detainees range from low-to high-security levels and prisons must be able to accommodate them, she said. In addition to the pending contract with CCA for the 200-bed, medium-security jail, the federal government also has announced a need for 800 to 1,000 beds in Southern California for INS and U.S. Marshals Service prisoners. Any private prison operator may submit a bid, Marcy said" http://www.hemp.net/news/9808/980831ca.html
Our Abel Danger counter intelligence team has determined that on 9/12 in Paris, directors of U.N. Oil-for-Food banker, AXA-BNP Paribas, were using secure networks built by Bruce McConnell and Kristine Marcy to process SMA loans for small or disadvantaged business owners and share the proceeds of 9/11-victim life insurance with 8(a) death squads.http://www.mcconnellinternational.com/associates.html
"Dated September 12, 2001, the AXA and BNP Paribas Groups signed an agreement whereby the two Groups reaffirmed their desire to continue to develop industrial cooperation, while respecting the specific nature of their businesses and the independence of their corporate structures. This agreement replaces the previous agreements which had been in place between AXA and Paribas, and UAP (subsequently AXA) and BNP. This agreement between the AXA and BNP Paribas Groups includes a clause to maintain a minimum cross-shareholding (respectively 4.9% ownership of AXA in BNP Paribas and 22.25% of BNP Paribas in Finaxa) and grants each party a call right in the event of a change in the control of the other Group. Furthermore, in view of its historic links with the BNP Paribas Group, AXA has renewed BNP Paribas' liquidity option with respect to its interest in Finaxa on terms securing a valuation of Finaxa based on the value of its shareholding in AXA."http://www.bnpparibas.com/en/news/print.asp?Code=PSON-52ZAVGEN

"February 5, 2001 SBA modernizes .. By ..  2003, agency officials want all programs up and running around the clock .. upgraded systems for managing its extensive portfolio of guaranteed loans, chief operating officer Kristine Marcy said. SBA processed its first electronic loan last November through its Sacramento, Calif., office and plans to add more private lenders during fiscal 2001 .. Over the past decade, SBA's portfolio of loans to small and disadvantaged businesses has more than doubled to $50 billion. "We're a small agency with a huge portfolio," Marcy said. SBA supplies more than half of the U.S. venture capital available each year. Seventy percent to 80 percent of the loans are booked through a preferred lender program, which involves nearly 7,000 banks, Marcy said. SBA guarantees the loans .. "The financial and IT businesses were changing so rapidly, we had to make some changes to stay current with the private sector," Marcy said. Banks had been asking SBA to make faster decisions on loan guarantees. The agency decided to aim for a turnaround time of one hour." http://www.gcn.com/print/vol20_no3/3600-1.html
