Dear Vice-President Cheney:

Sidley-Marcy surety bonds conceal Druyun contract hits?
Hawks CAFE is asking you if Sidley Austin's women mentors and Kristine Marcy used SBA surety bonds to conceal the series of contract hits (`killings'), allegedly procured through 9/11 by Darleen Druyun, the Clinton-appointed and later disgraced U.S. Air Force Deputy Assistant Secretary for Acquisition and Management.http://groups.yahoo.com/group/hawkscafe/message/477
"Small Business Prime Contract Awards: No Small Potatoes--And In Dispute  On June 26, 2006, the Small Business Administration ("SBA") .. reported that awards (and percentage of federal awards) to different categories of small business -  Small disadvantaged firms: $32.9 billion (10.5%) All other small firms: $17.7 billion (5.5%) 8(a) firms: $10.5 billion (3.3%) [Weather?] Women Owned firms: $10.5 billion (3.3%) HubZone firms: $6.1 billion (1.9%) Service Disabled Veteran firms: $1.9 billion (0.6%) Total Small Business $79.6 billion (25.4%) [All SBA assets and liabilities  on 9/11 were  in the de facto custody of Kristine Marcy]  .. An End To L'Affaire Druyun? The Justice Department announced on June 30, 2006 ..  agreement with The Boeing Company whereby Boeing would pay a record $615 million settlement to resolve two high profile civil and criminal investigations ..  relating to Boeing's hiring of the former Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition and Management, Darleen A. Druyun, by its then Chief Financial Officer, Michael Sears .. The $615 million settlement includes a $565 million civil settlement and a $50 million monetary penalty, a total which is a record for government procurement fraud for the Department of Defense and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. In the meantime, Darleen Druyun had already served her nine month jail sentence, and had been released on September 30, 2005. (Michael Sears was also sentenced to four months in jail). Sears and Druyun both pleaded guilty to violations of the conflict of interest statutes"http://www.mshpc.com/newsletter39.htm
Our Abel Danger counter intelligence team has evidence to suggest that SBA-preferred sureties, including Total S.A. and Carlyle Canada investors, asked Ms. Druyun to procure the contract killing of U.S. Commerce Secretary Ron Brown in 1996 and Captain Gerald DeConto duty officer of the Pentagon's U.S. Naval Command Center on 9/11.
Abel Danger has additional evidence to indicate that Ms. Druyun asked Sidley Austin mentors, including Weatherwomen terrorist leader, Bernadette Dohrn (1984-1988) and Michelle Obama (1988-1991) to set up tax-sheltered surety bonds to conceal the hits.http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2006622/posts

In the Amalgam Virgo war games of June 1-2, 2001, Ms. Druyun arranged for Boeing as prime contractor and HUBZone protégés, to fail to complete a contract to test gyroscope and explosive modifications to passenger jets for an anti-hijacking scenario, thereby allowing Sidley-Marcy sureties to take custody of the technologies for the next game.

Ms. Druyun's rationale for the anti-hijacking modifications, was that if a hijacked plane was heading towards the Capitol Building containing high-value targets such as First Lady Laura Bush or No FEAR whistleblowers, it could be re-hijacked electronically, landed safely by remote control, or vaporized to limit the associated physical damage.

Abel Danger intelligence suggests that, after the Amalgam Virgo war game in June 2001, the Sidley-Marcy sureties took custody of all modified Boeing aircraft and completed the anti-hijacking (?) contracts for Ms. Druyun at the `Global Guardian' war game on 9/11.
We are pointing out to you and American families in general that Kristine Marcy, the SBA fiduciary with custody of SBA surety bonds allegedly used to finance contract hits on 9/11, is the sister of Captain Field McConnell, the co-author of this letter.
