Dear Mr. McConnell and Ms. Marcy:

Was McConnell finger on HUBZone button for Marcy 9/11?

Hawks CAFE asks if a Bruce McConnell finger was ever on the button used to encrypt communications during a 9/11 war game, thereby placing HUBZone protégés or their weapons under the control of racketeering sureties allegedly tied to the Sidley Austin law firm and Kristine Marcy.

"Preferred Surety Bond .. Program  SBA's PSB program authorizes selected sureties to issue, service, and monitor bonds without SBA prior approval. The SBA guarantee [in custody of Kristine Marcy on 9/11]  is 70%  ..  designed to encourage larger surety companies [Groupe AXA-BNP Paribas – UN Oil-for-Food and Saddam's banker!!!]  to help small contractors obtain surety bonds"  .. "On April 10, 1997 Inspector General testified before U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business regarding SBA's ability to implement the HUBZone Act of 1997..  to provide Federal contracting opportunities for small business concerns located in historically underutilized business zones ..  SBA's management of the Section 8(a) contract assistance program  ..  Audit of Agency's LowDoc Program Confirms Previous Findings  ..  found  about 10 percent of LowDoc loans should not have been approved because of departures from required procedures  ..  Audit of Surety Company Results in Withdrawal of Claims Against SBA One of SBA's largest preferred surety firms agreed to withdraw two claims totaling $934,492 during an audit of the surety's claims. Both of the projects that led to the claims started before the bond was issued, a clear violation of SBA regulations."
Our Abel Danger counter intelligence team has evidence that you gave terrorist associates of the Sidley Austin law firm, including Bernadette Dohrn, alleged 1986/7 Sidley mentor of Michelle Obama (née Robinson), access to the SBA surety networks, Sidley Austin tax shelters and HUBZone protégés, weapons and passwords, used in the 9/11 war game.http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2006622/posts
"Fraud Claims Over COBRA Tax Shelter .. 02 September 2004 .. Southern District Judge Shira A. Scheindlin allowed fraud and recission claims against the Sidley Austin Brown & Wood law firm to proceed. Telecommunications executive, William Seippel participated in a tax sheltering arrangement known as COBRA (Currency Options Bring Reward Alternatives) ..  developed by Jenkens & Gilchrist ..  with Brown & Wood, prior to the latter's merger with Sidley & Austin in 2001. Following an Internal Revenue Service investigation into the shelter which led to Mr Seippel and his wife paying more than $5 million in taxes, penalties and fees, the couple sued the law firms in question alleging fraud, infringement of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, legal malpractice, breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of fiduciary duty .. The Seippels allege that they have been damaged, and continue to be damaged, as a result of the defendants' conduct.' She continued: 'Their damages include the fees paid to defendants, losses incurred in the transactions, expenses paid to accountants and attorneys that are assisting the Seippels in defending the audits, losses caused as a result of being forced to sell assets at distressed prices to meet tax obligations, and tax penalties already assessed and paid." http://www.iofc.net/gowealthy/story.asp?storyname=17166
If our evidence stands up in respect of your apparent role in the stand down of legitimate mentors during the HUBZone war game of 9/11, then you will be at risk of civil or criminal action being taken against you for some combination of fraud, infringement of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, legal malpractice, breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of fiduciary duty.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Able_Danger
We began sending you open e-mails in May 2007 after the filing in the Federal District Court of North Dakota by Field McConnell (Kristine Marcy's brother) of the lawsuit `Hawks CAFE v. Global Guardian' – our sending of these e-mails is partly designed to provide you with the materials you may need as defendants in the `Discovery' stage of any of legal action outlined above or herein.http://www.hawkscafe.com/107.html
In the meantime, we await your response to allegations which we assume you consider to be libelous unless you consider them to be true.http://www.usdoj.gr/ http://www.usdoj.gr/ch32a.html
